Enclave at Berthoud Lake
Rocky Mountains are your Backdrop

Welcome to the Enclave at Berthoud Lake

We invite you to enjoy the small town charm and connected community of Berthoud in Northern Colorado. The Enclave at Berthoud Lakes sits east of the newly established TPC Colorado | PGA TOUR Golf Course. Families can utilize the surrounding local lakes via developing recreational trails* designed to connect the parks and spaces per the Berthoud Comprehensive Plan. The desirable Berthoud Schools serve our community and are a rich part of Berthoud's fabric.

The Enclave at Berthoud Lake is happy to bring a traditional HOA structure to provide residents a community voice to be heard and fees to be affordable. The subdivision's build guidelines maintain integrity yet allow the flexibility for you to either bring in your own custom builder or utilize one of our preferred custom builders. Our preferred builders' home design renderings featured on this website may be customized as well. RVs and outbuildings that fit build guidelines and maintain the high quality of the project are allowed.

Berthoud's convenient location northwest of I-25 allows for quick access to live the vibrant Colorado Lifestyle. TPC Colorado | PGA TOUR Golf Course and Clubhouse are just minutes west on County Road 10E. Water ski and fish on Carter Lake, a mere 15 minutes away. Estes Park and renowned Rocky Mountain National Park are within a scenic hour's drive.
